First Community Art Showcase a Success

The library hosted a community art show on Saturday, December 4, with a display of several different types of work.

Thank you to every patron who loaned their pieces for display! We had fiber art, pencil drawings, watercolor paintings, painted figures, stippled art, intricate greeting cards, and so much more! We look forward to having another showcase next year, so be on the lookout for an announcement. Special thanks to USD 415’s art instructors for bringing in students’ work and to Stephanie Gummelt, who provided beautiful live music during the event.
